A lovely solo piano piece, Soft, Hammer Time is based around a short motif, blurring the line between energy and tranquillity.

It's really fun to play, particularly on a piano with a robust sound from the felt hammers.

It makes a nice wedding piece: I know because I've played it at a few, and it was played at mine.

Written as a Christmas present, ESVP for Organ is a short piece that uses a couple of melodic and rhythmic themes that are based on the syllables of a name.

This piece has since evolved into a string quartet which you can hear played brilliantly here.
